Hello there!
Hello! I'm Stefan and I'm your teacher around here. I enjoy sharing what I learned about fitness, training and nutrition with others. That's why I started my blog years ago and got a certified trainer.
In my courses, I wish to share all that I have learned, in the hopes that you can get results quicker than I did back when I started.
When I am not preparing for powerlifting meets, I read about all different sorts of physical activity and nutrition. But I have more interests than this. So, in my free time you might see me reading books about history, philosophy or plain (science) fiction. I grew up with anime and that interest hasn't changed. I like to say that I have 30 years of gaming experience too.

Phased Powerlifting Peaking Program
You get a 17 week training template with 4 different phases.
- Hypertrophy
- Powerbuilding
- Strength
- Peaking / Taper
The program is %-based, 5 training days per week and includes a 1RM calculation if you don't know yours yet.
I include several videos explaining
- the basics of powerlifting
- the program and how to use it
- what to expect on a meet and meet day
The course will help you get stronger and set you up to perform well on a meet or mock meet.
You need access to a gym to perform the program as is.
